Thursday May 11th
5:30 – 8:30 PMMeet and Greet at Dirty Dick’s Crab House
2407 S Croatan Hwy, Nags Head, NC 27959
Event registration packets will be available for pickup. We have the whole place to gather – plan to grab your packet, shirts and goodies and stay to meet fellow Jeepers, get some dinner and drinks. Have your registration confirmation available (on your mobile device or printed) to be scanned!

Friday May 12th
7:00 AMMeetup for Beach Crawl. (Must have previously Purchased tickets)
Meet up at Kitty Hawk public parking lot, 200 E. Eckner St. in Kitty Hawk at 7:00 AM. Don’t be late! There will be a quick drivers meeting, and going over rules by Kitty Hawk Ocean Rescue. Will hit the beach at 8:00 AM. Beach drive will finish at Kitty Hawk Bath House. See Event Locations page for map details.

Rules:
1. Everyone must air down to 20 PSI.
2. We will leave promptly by 8:00 AM and will be escorted by Kitty Hawk Surf Rescue to the beach access at E. Eckner Street. Then drive down the beach until we arrive at the beach access at Mile Post 4.
3. Please already be in 4WD when entering beach. Preferably 4 wheel low.
4. Maximum beach speed limit is 25 MPH.
5. No passing unless the Jeep in front of you has an issue, such as getting stuck or mechanical. When exiting the beach please watch for traffic on the beach road.
6. Air will be provided at the end of the ride. If you have your own air compressor please feel free to use it at the parking lot across the beach road from beach exit.

Any questions please feel free to find one of the volunteers with an orange vest.

10:00 AMEvent Site Opens
The Sound Side Event Site, 6800 S Croatan Hwy, Nags Head, NC 27959.

Vendors and Food Trucks will be ready to go (and available until 5 pm)! Have your registration confirmation available (on your mobile device or printed) to be scanned! Drop off for food pantry donations will be by the registration tent. Purchase raffle tickets, meet friends, check out the vendors! If you didn’t make it to Dirty Dick’s, you can pick up your registration packet.

10:00-4:00 PMVendor Bingo! Visit our vendors, get your card stamped, once it is full, turn it in at the Raffle tent for special prizes! (drawing at 5:00 PM, you must be present to win)
11:00-2:00 PM Poker Run
The best hand wins!! Seven (7) stops, pick your card, build your hand – with a bonus opportunity! Solve a riddle to get an extra card! Your registration payment gets you one hand, but extras are available for $10 each. Be back no later than 3 PM to have your hand(s) evaluated. Winners will be announced at 5:00 PM (and you must be present to collect prizes).
2:00-5:00 PMLive Music by The Ramble
Live music kicks off with The Ramble on the main stage! The Ramble is a 4-piece band from the Outer Banks. Playing genres from Rock, Blues, Funk, Jazz & Soul.
5:00 PMWinner of the Poker Run Announced & Daily Raffle Drawings, plus, Vendor Bingo, 50/50 and food pantry winners! Have your tickets ready, you must be present to collect prizes!
6:00 PMEvent site closes for the evening. There will be security overnight, so you can leave your Jeep and setup in place if you want! But NO CAMPING is allowed!
7:00-10:00 PM After Party – Jack Brown’s Beer and Burger Joint with live music!
Saturday May 13th

2:00-5:00 PM Live Music by Trick Fly
Trick Fly is a cover band from Kitty Hawk, NC that plays rock ‘n’ roll from the 80s, 90s and beyond. Come out and jam to Van Halen, AC/DC, Metallica, ZZ Top, Pearl Jam, Rush, Stone Temple pilots, Zack Brown, Foreigner, Jason Aldean,Three doors down, Alice In Chains, Lit, Tool, Tom Petty, Ratt, Violent femmes, The Toadies, The Rolling Stones , Luke Bryan, The Killers, Blink-182,and many more. The band members are: BJ McAvoy(Vocals), Mike Davenport(Bass), John Wallace(Rhythm guitar), Danny Gautier(Lead Guitar), Randy West(Drums)
1:00-4:30 PM Show & Shine
You will be directed to special parking when you enter the grounds. If you aren’t parked in the Show and Shine area by 1:00 PM, you won’t be able to participate (even if you registered!). Buff up and be ready for the judges (they will start judging around 3:00 pm)! The Show and Shine requires advance registration. There will be a People’s Choice prize awarded – if you want to vote for your favorite Jeep, you will need cash to purchase the voting tickets.
5:00 PMShow & Shine Winners, Vendor Bingo Winners & Daily Raffles announced
Show and Shine, 50/50, Food Pantry Raffle and the BIG Raffle prizes!!! Stick around, you must be present to win!!
6:00 PM The 2023 OBX Jeep Invasion Ends!
The Event Site Closes. Help us by cleaning up any trash, packing up all your gear (anything left will be considered trash during our final sweep of the event site) and leaving the place cleaner than it was when we arrived!
7:00 PM – Close After Party – Shipwrecks Taphouse and Grill.
Sunday May 14th
10:30 AM Cat 5 Jeepers Lighthouse to Lighthouse Toy Run
Meet at Bodie Island Light House and ride to Hatteras Light House Station. We will have a photo op and then pulling out by 11:00 am. We won’t have a law enforcement escort for this event, please obey speed limits, traffic lights and the pedestrian crosswalks!! The drive will take approximately 1 – 1.5 hours. Once we arrive at the Cape Hatteras Light Station, we will have a photo op and then you can go on with your day!

This is a fundraising event so tickets and add-ons will not be refunded once purchased.
