OBX Jeep Invasion reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to pricing, agenda, schedule and capacity without notice. OBX Jeep Invasion reserves the right to refuse access to the event site and event activities without refund for any reason during the event. OBX Jeep Invasion is a fundraising event. Registration and registration add-ons are nonrefundable once purchased. Registration and registration add-ons are nonrefundable for cancellation or any reason outside of OBX Jeep Invasions control. Registration and registration add-ons are not transferable. All transactions, purchases, and agreements made with vendors during the OBX Jeep Invasion are solely between the vendor and the purchaser. OBX Jeep Invasion is not a party to these transactions and assumes no responsibility or liability for any products, services, warranties, or disputes arising from such purchases. Children are those aged 17 and under.
