Festival Rules
- All participants, including driver and passengers, must accept the waiver provided at preregistration check-in or on-site registration, and wear the provided event wristband within the event site and during all Festival activities.
- All drivers and participants involved with and in the OBX Jeep Invasion will abide by all laws as set forth by the State of North Carolina and the various municipalities within Dare County, North Carolina.
- Drivers must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- All Jeeps must be registered in the owners respective State and have current and valid liability insurance during the Festival dates.
- Behavior—Please be courteous to other attendees, vendors, food truck workers, volunteers and security personnel. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the property, without refund, if their behavior is deemed offensive, poses a hazard to others, or violates any rules or regulations. Anyone that does not adhere to OBX Jeep Invasion or Sound Side Event Site rules and policies is punishable up to and including permanent revocation from the event.
Physical Violence—DON’T! Law enforcement will be present and called immediately. You are responsible for your own actions and there is a zero tolerance policy for any fighting. You will be permanently banned from the event site and all OBX Jeep Invasion events. - Prohibited Items—Weapons, firearms, alcohol, ground fires, open fires, drones, fireworks, sky lanterns, sky candles, unauthorized golf carts, ATVs, scooters, UTVs, ROVs, and motorbikes, except for authorized personnel.
- “Jeep® stacking” (parking/crawling one Jeep® onto another Jeep’s tire) is prohibited.
- OBX Jeep Invasion reserves the right to change the maximum number of Jeeps® for each activity at any time.
- OBX Jeep Invasion reserves the right to amend rules without notice.
